At Toy Corner , our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help. You can return product 15 Days from Delivery Date.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.


In case you wish to get a refund for the product, the procedure is as follows:

I. The refund of the returned product will be processed once the product reaches our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is ‘UNUSED’  and is damaged /defective /in-correct as the case of complaint may be.

II. We will refund the product cost (minus the Cost of Logistics and Gift Wrapping) paid by you.

III. The refunded amount will be credited to your  account.


1.1. A customer can cancel an order by contacting/informing our Customer Care Centre before the product has been shipped. Under these circumstances the customer will be entitled for refund.

1.2. Once the customer’s order has been shipped but is yet to be delivered to the customer, the customer may still cancel the order by contacting our Customer Care Centre. The customer will be eligible for refund only when we receives the ordered item back through courier.

1.3. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product is delivered to the customer.
2. Cancellation Process

2.1. The cancellation request shall be initiated only when the customer contacts our Customer Care Centre and requests for the cancellation of the order. we will ensure a fast, smooth and convenient cancellation process.

2.2. Once the cancellation request is created, the time required to initiate the refund against the product(s) returned to Toy Corner  is a maximum of 1-2 working days. An email for notifying the same shall be sent to customer’s registered email address.

2.3. Despite that the order status shows the product(s) in the customer order as ‘SHIPPED’, the cancellation request shall be processed with our logistics partner. The customer’s refund shall be processed soon after Toy Corner  receives the cancelled products(s) back.
